Our philosophy
Is in the name. 'Mi' (pronounced /mi:/) means 'We' in Slovene and stands for a community of people working together and striving towards the same goal by closely cooperating with one another and complementing each other. We believe that in order to succeed at what we do, it is crucial to include as many people as possible in the creation process and establish an effective dialog.

For this reason we welcome the clients' involvement in the creative process, embracing and respecting their suggestions, wishes and ideas no matter how odd and peculiar they might seem. We are also very concerned with our employees' well-being as we are aware that every individual working for us and with us contributes, with his/her knowledge, creativity and diligence, to the overall success of the company.
